Q.How much is the shipping charge?

The following is the shipping fee for regular shipping. (Tax included)

In the case of Narazuke Butter Sandwich, it will be shipped frozen, so ¥330 including tax will be added to it.

If you order room-temperature products and frozen products at the same time, you will be charged separate shipping charges.

It will be received separately.

If you use cash on delivery, a handling fee of ¥330 including tax will be added.

Q.How long does it take from order to delivery?

We will ship within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
If you do not use the specified arrival date and time, we will ship your order as soon as it is ready within the above period.
If you choose to specify the arrival date and time, the package will generally be shipped 1 to 3 days before the expected arrival date, depending on the destination.

*If you do not specify a date, we may be able to deliver your order sooner than if you specify a date, but we do not guarantee early arrival, so we recommend that you place your order well in advance. .

Q.What should I do if I don't receive the automatic email?

The sender address of the automatically sent email is shop@tanakacho.co.jp. Please be sure to check all folders as the email may end up in your spam folder. *It may take several minutes to several hours for the automatic email to arrive.

If you are using a mobile phone email address or a free email address, the email you send may be automatically rejected by the spam filter function.

Q.Can I register as a member?

yes. You can do this by registering for an account.
Also, once you have entered your address, you will be able to select it from next time without having to enter it again, so please take advantage of this.

Q. How do I order a gift?

Below the payment method selection form, there is a ``Billing Address'' item. There is a selection field for ``Use a different billing address,'' so if you click here, a form will appear for you to enter the client's information.

If you enter your information here, the order will be treated as a gift sent to the recipient, and your information will be included on the invoice.

Q.Can you do gift wrapping?

Is possible. Products for gift giving will be packaged unless otherwise specified.
We will also do our best to accommodate your requests for Noshi, so please feel free to fill in your requests. We also have noshi paper for seasonal greetings and Buddhist services.
For products packed in small bags, we will use simple packaging. If you wish to do so, please enter it in the appropriate field when ordering.

Regarding Narazuke butter sandwiches, we do not wrap them because there is a possibility of condensation.
Regarding seasonal patterned hanging paper and noshi paper, please be aware that there is a possibility of condensation, and write your desired details in the entry field as with other products.

Q.If it is a gift, will a detailed statement be included?

no. If there are no instructions from the client, we will not enclose the item with details, pamphlets, etc. that contain the price, and only the item will be shipped.
We will also create an invoice in a way that makes it clear that the item is a gift from the client.

Q.Can I use cash on delivery or deferred payment?

Cash on delivery service is now available.
When using this service, a cash on delivery fee of ¥330 (including tax) will be added to your bill. Please note that cash on delivery fees are not included in the calculation at the time of payment.
Additionally, due to the nature of online shops, we have not implemented the use of deferred payment to avoid causing problems.

If you would like to use deferred payment, please contact our head office by phone and we will be able to accommodate your order, so please consider this.

Q. How do I cancel my purchase?

Please notify us of your cancellation using the contact form.
Once confirmed, we will process the cancellation from our side. Payment will also be canceled.

Q. Is it possible to return or refund the product?

Our store generally does not offer refunds.
In the unlikely event that the product is defective or different from the one you ordered, we will promptly return or exchange the product at your request. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only within one week after receiving the product. Our shop will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Q.Can you issue receipts and statements?

Yes, we do. If you would like this, please write it in the notes section when ordering, or let us know using the inquiry form.
As a general rule, if the order is to be delivered to the client, the order will be sent along with the product, and if the order is to be delivered to the client, the order will be sent by post to the client's address.

Furthermore, since switching to the current system, we have stopped enclosing invoices that include amounts, etc., and have switched to enclosing only order statements for product confirmation.
