Uri grown in Tokushima Prefecture is packed with the flavor of sake lees.

Originally, ``Uri'' was cultivated in Katsura, Kyoto. Currently, seeds that have inherited these excellent characteristics are being cultivated in Tokushima Prefecture. It is characterized by its crepe-like skin, dense flesh, and crispness.
