We use Gengohei watermelon, a specialty of Wakayama Prefecture.

A watermelon grown in Wakayama Prefecture for pickles, the fruit is picked when the flowers have fallen and is smaller than a tennis ball and pickled.

It is characterized by its dense flesh that is crispy and crispy, and has a high moisture content with a pronounced sweetness.

Enjoy the gentle sweetness and freshness

As you know, watermelon contains a large amount of water. ``Gengobee'' is no exception, and as you can see, it maintains its freshness even when it is pickled in Narazuke.
This moisture allows the sugar contained in Narazuke to spread throughout your mouth, resulting in a mellower sweetness than other products.
This sweetness, soft flesh, and freshness make this product one of the most gentle-tasting among our Miyako Nishiki Mirinzuke.

Recommended not only for people who are trying Narazuke for the first time, but also for the elderly and children.
